Barters Group Umbrella Network Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct

The Umbrella Network is an exclusive, professional community of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. These Community Guidelines / Code of Conduct (“Guidelines”) are designed to maintain a respectful, professional, and collaborative environment for all members.
By joining or participating in the Umbrella Network, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.
1. Professional Behavior
Conduct yourself with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times.
Treat all members fairly and avoid discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior.
Avoid conflicts of interest or actions that could harm the community or its members.
2. Collaboration & Engagement
Share knowledge, ideas, and insights in a constructive and supportive manner.
Respect differing opinions and encourage open dialogue.
Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or solicitation outside of designated areas or opportunities approved by Barters Group.
3. Confidentiality & Privacy
Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the Network.
Do not share personal or proprietary information of other members without consent.
Comply with all applicable privacy laws and Barters Group’s privacy policies.
4. Intellectual Property
Respect the intellectual property of Barters Group and other members.
Do not reproduce, distribute, or use materials from the Network without permission.
Attribute any content, ideas, or resources shared by other members appropriately.
5. Reporting Issues
If you encounter violations of these Guidelines or unethical behavior, report them promptly to Barters Group.

Barters Group will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.
6. Consequences of Violation
Violating these Guidelines may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Umbrella Network.
Barters Group reserves the right to take additional actions, including legal measures, for severe or repeated violations.
7. Policy Updates
Barters Group may update these Guidelines at any time to reflect evolving community standards.
Members will be notified of significant updates, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
